To whom it may concern,
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that we have reviewed the onsite retention and drainage plan
provided by the contractor for the Lally/Zembroski private residence dated 10.20.23 and have
determined that the locations of the swales as shown on the drawings will not affect the structural
integrity of the building’s foundation.
