To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water oak tree that requires removal. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to persons and property. The tree is completely dead. It is rotting
rapidly and dropping branches onto the property. The tree is a hazard and should be removed.
