To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Magnolia tree that requires removal. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to persons and property. The tree is suffering from root rot. It is growing
right up next to the house. It had a large branch fall recently and visible rot can be seen in the
branch. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
