To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a water Oak and a red Maple that should be
removed. The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The Maple tree was damaged several years ago during hurricane Irma. Half of the tree
broke off. The homeowners wanted to try and save the tree so I cut the branch to try and make it
heal itself. Over the years the hole never sealed and rot has gotten into the main trunk. The tree
leans toward the house and is a hazard to the property.
The water Oak is starting to die rapidly. The top canopy is full of dead and rotted
branches. The tree is full of mistletoe as well. Which also indicates the decline of the tree. The
tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
