•Mininum 2" caliper for non oaks and 10' tall at time of planting.
•Palms may replace plams.Mininum 8ft clear trunk height at time of planting.
•Maritime species receive double credit when replacing non-Maritime species.

1.One front 30” DBH water oak tree located on the front right side of driveway, due to visible
decline throughout the canopy, proximity to driveway, walkway and root system entwined into
utilities. The new construction on site will further degrade health of the above water oak tree.
2.One rear 24” DBH water oak tree located in the middle of the fence line, has a visible uprooted
stump, from previous wind damage. The tree is supported by the rear neighbors trees and is a
hazard to the rear neighbor's property. Visible damage to the rear fence is present.
Pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045 The above trees should be considered for removal, as they pose
an unacceptable risk to persons and property. The removal is the only means of practically mitigating
their risk below moderate.
