WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the Atlantic Beach Pension Fund
has selected Sun Bank Investment Management Group to manage the fund's
investments, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees has requested the City Commission of
the City of Atlantic Beach to adopt a Resolution authorizing the invest-
ment of Pension funds in a Common, Collective or Pooled Trust Fund
maintained by Sun Bank,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Atlantic Beach Pension
Fund be and they hereby are empowered to, from time to time, transfer to
a Common, Collective or Pooled Trust Fund maintained by Sun Bank,
National Association, as Trustee hereunder, all or such part of the
Trust Fund as the Trustee may deem advisable, and such part or all of
the Trust Fund so transferred shall be subject to all the terms and pro-
visions of the Common, Collective, or Pooled Trust Fund which contem-
plates the co-mingling for investment purposes of such trust assets with
trust assets of other Trusts. The Trustee may, from time to time,
withdraw from such Common, Collective or Pooled Trust Fund as the
Trustee may deem advisable.
Section 2. This Resolution will take effect upon its adoption.
