A RESOLUTION REDEEMING 1971 GENERAL OBLIGATION SEWER BONDS
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach in years past funded certain Sewer
improvements by bond issue, and
WHEREAS, under the terms of this bond issue, certain bonds and interest
coupons come due and payable from time to time, and
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has redeemed 20 62% General Obligation
Bonds (1971 issue) , in the amount of $20,000, said bonds bearing maturity date
of July 1, 1984, and interest coupons which have now become due throught 1984,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following numbered bonds totaling
$20,000 in value be burned:
Numbers 172 through 191
and that,
the following numbered interest coupons be burned:
Coupon No. 21 from bonds 182-197
Coupon NO. 22 from bonds 304-308
Coupon No. 23 from bonds 172-191;284-293;309-333;344-348;394-480;498-500
Coupon No. 25 from bonds 192-196;304-308;329-333;344-348;354-358;479-492
498-500

The above and foregoing Resolution passed by the City Commission on
December 10 -,1984.
