RESOLUTION 79-1
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach in years past funded a waterworks system
by Bond Issue, and
WHEREAS, under the terms of this Bond Issue, certain interest coupons come
due and payable from time to time, and
FYHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida has redeemed interest coupons
#46 and 47 of the Utility Revenue,Bond .issue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORZDA,' that the following numbered interest coupons
be burned:
Coupon #f46 from Bonds 16$ - 179
Coupon #47 from Bonds 168 - 191
from Bonds 205 - 209
The above and foregoing Resolution passed by the City Commission
on Febxnary 12 1979.
