~ A RESOLUTION FUNDING THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH'S PORTION OF THE
JACKSONVILLE BEACHES CABLE' TELEVISION
BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach by resolution dated February
26, 1979, approved an Interlocal Agreement between the three beaches
communities, and
WHEREAS, this Agreement provided for the creation of the Jackson-
vi11e Beaches Cable Television Board, and
WHEREAS, this Board has now begun to function in accordance with
its overall design and is in need of certain monies by which it can record
and carry out its assigned task,' and
WHEREAS, the members of this Jacksonville Beaches Cable Television
Board have approved, by an affirmative vote, the initial allocation of $200
per city,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED that the City Commission of the
City of Atlantic Beach, by,an affirmative vote of its membership, has
approved the funding of the City; of Atlantic Beach's share of the cost of
operation of the Jacksonville Beaches Cable Television Board in the amount
