A RESOLUTION REDEEMING UTILITY REVENUE BOND COUPONS
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach in ,years past funded a waterworks
system by Bond Issue, and
WHEREAS, under the terms of this Bond Issue, certain interest coupons
come due and payable from time to time, and '
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida has redeemed interest
coupons # 45 and #46 of the Utility Revenue Bond Issue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION'OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following numbered
interest coupons be burned:
Coupons # 45 and 46 from Bonds 192 - 201
The above and foregoing Resolution passed by the City Commission
on April 23 1979.
