RESOLUTION N0. 78-6
WHEREAS, Section 10, Article I of the Charter of
the City of Atlantic Beach provides for the
appointment of a City Manager, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC'BEACH:
THAT MR. BILL M. DAVIS be appointed as
Acting City Manager, effective at 5:01 P.M.(E.S.T.)
March 23, 1978.
Adopted by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, on March 21 1978.
