A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING CERTAIN AMOUNTS OF
UNAPPROPRIATED CASH~RESERVES FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1978-79.
WHEREAS, governmental accounting at year end generally has created certain
encumb~.ances~.=~~.not yet received for which some provision must~,be made,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach is no exception,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE tT~RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, that the 'following amounts as designated b'y their appropriate
numerals,.:; be carried 'over as restricted monies to be used only for the
purpose encumbered in the Fiscal Year 1978-79:
