MEMORIAL AND RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June, 1Q77, death brought to a close the active
life of Judge Archibald H. Dunlop; and
WHEREAS, Judge Archibald H. Dunlop, through his keen foresight and unremitting
zeal in furthering the interests of this community, earned the
affection and respect of the people o'f the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the stature he attained in this community by his dedicated service
as Municipal Judge for 20 years, and his unselfish support of
numerous charitable, patriotic, and civic organizations, including
Selva Marina Country Club, was fully ;recognized during his lifetime.
Judge Dunlop always gave most generously of his time and energy for
the benefit of his friends, neighbors „ and citizens of Atlantic `
Beach. The Mayor-Commissioner, Commissioners, and•Officials of the
City of Atlantic Beach acknowledge th'at'they have lost one of their
most valued and respected citizens.
In consideration of the•foregoing,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor-Commissioner, the Commissioners, and

express our profound anal sincere appre'ciation~for Mr. Dunlop's °
communal contributions and services, and that we hereby express to
his family our most heartfelt sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a true copy of this Resolution be made
part of the permanent records of the City, of Atlantic Beach, Florida,
and that the original, duly inscribed by the Mayor-Commissioner, the
Commissioners, and Officials of the City of Atlant' Beach, Florida,
