RESOLUTION 77-14
BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, that
The City Clerk-Treasurer be and is hereby directed to require a
deposit representing two months' minimum charge far utility services,
i.e., water, sewer and garbage, for all new customer accounts
established after the adoption of this resolution.
BE IT fURTNER RESOLVED TfIAT all funds collected under this resolution
sha11 be deposited in a separate fund to be entitled "UTILITY DEPOSIT
FUND", and that these funds may be invested and reinvested and any
earnings on these funds shall be available for transfer to the General
Fund.
