WHEREAS, David Lee, a former general laborer for the City was
retired from active service in September, 195?, and
WHEREAS, The City.. Commission recognized the fact that they did
not have at that time an active retirement plan,. but carried. him
on the Life Insurance Plan in effect at that time; and
WHEREAS, David Lee was inadvertently omitted from the present
Life Insurance Policy that was effective June`1, 1975, the Commission
instructed the .City Manager to interview David Lee and his family
with the proposition that his insurance be re-instated or .the cost
of said. insurance be remitted to David Lee; aand
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that David Lee and his
family .elected the monthly stipend.;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMTSSION OF THE .CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORTDA:
That .the City Manager is hereby directed to pay David Lee during
his lifetime $25.00 per month from the Administration Account #221 -
Insurance, Life and Hospitilization effective June. 1, 1975,
