WHEREAS., Charles M. Anderson has served the people of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, as Municipal Judge from 1958 until the present
time, and
WHEREAS, Judge Anderson has diligently, conscientiously and
faithfully performed the duties and obligations of the office
of Municipal Judge,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
THAT, Judge Anderson be commended for the outstanding services
rendered to the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida; and
THAT recognition of such service be spread upon the. minutes of
°""~"' this body and that a copy of this resolution be presented to
Judge Anderson as a token.. of appreciation from the people of
the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida.
