WHEREAS, the Inspectors and the Clerk of the Primary Election
held in Atlantic Beach, Pl.orida, on October 7, 1975, for the
purpose of electing a Mayor-Commissioner and two Commissioners
canvassed the votes cast and did make the returns on the same
in the words as follows;
