WHEREAS, the Inspectors and the Clerk of the General Election
held in Atlantic Beach, Florida, on October 21, 1975, for the
purpose of electing two commissioners canvassed the votes
cast and did make the returns on the same words as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That it is hereby unanimously
voted that said returns be accepted as reported and
That it is hereby found and determined by the City Commission of
Atlantic Beach, Florida, acting in the capacity of a Canvassing
Board that the qualified voters who participated in said Primary
Election cast their votes in favor of the following candidates
as followso
SEAT NO. 1, MAYOR-COMMISSIONER, tnTilliam S.. I-~owell Elected
SEAT NO. 2, COMMISSIONER, Run-off General Election October 21,
1975 between John J. Hines and James E. Mhoon
SEAT NO. 3, COMMISSIONER, A Special Election Qctober 14, 1975
between Adelaide C. Kirkpatrick and Robert F. Price;
the winner of Special Election to be in a run-off
with Alan C, Jensen in the General Election
