WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach recognizes the
need for modifying the three drainage outlets now passing
through the existing seawalls in Atlantic Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~:SCLV~ BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF A'T'LANTIC BEACN, FLORIDA
That, when work commences the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida will hold the State of Florida harmless from any
liability which might arise as a result of the work under-
taken.
