WATER AND SEWER ASSESSMENTS BELVEDERE. STREET
SALTAIR SUBDIVISI(7N
WHEREAS, a Special .Sewer Assessment No. 60-6 has provided for a
Special Sewer Assessment on Lots 5~1, 593,.594 among others in Section
1, Saltair Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #73-10 Special Sewer Assessment has provided
.for a Special Sewer Assessment encumbering Lots 581, 593., 5.94, Section
1, Saltair Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, this double assessment has recently been discovered in
the Official Assessment Records of the City of Atlantic Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. .That the City Clerki hereby directed to expunge all
records in order to remove the double assessment. The
City Clerk is also directed to refund to the owner of
Lot 581, Section 1, Saltair Subdivision the over-payment
in the amount of $572.24 plus 6% per annum. interest
since time of payment.
2. That the City Clerk is also directed to xemove from the
roll an assessment against Lot 593 in the amount of
$705.79 and an assessment against Lot 594 in the amount
of $832.59.
