WHEREAS, Mrs. Adele S. Grape has served the City of Atlantic ,

.WHEREAS. Mrs. Adele S. Grape did serve so effectively and effi-
eiently as office clerk that in 1944 she was named Town Clerk, and;
WHEREAS, I~Irs. Adele S. Grape did prove so skillful and capablt~
