During his tirr~ as a resident of 1tlantic Beach, Florida, i~1r. Isaacs always gave mc~;t yenerously,af his time and energy for the benefit of the citizens of the City of Atlantic i3each, Florida, and the flayor/Cozmti.ssioner, CorraiLissioners and Officers of the City of Atlantic Yeacli, I'lorida, acknowledge that they have lost one of their nxast valued and respected citizens. In spite of the time given for the benefit of tYie citizens of Atlantic i3eacti, Florida, Z~Ir. Isaacs also found time to give his time and services for the benefit of the scrvicc~n of the United States of America. iie served as President and llirector of the Jacksonville Beaches U.S.O; was a Past President of ttie Jacksonville Peaches and Nlayport Council of the Navy League, and was also a Charter i ~ ~ of the Jacksonville Beaches American Legion Post No. 129; ttie r,~mbers of these organizations ackmowledge that they have lost one of their finest and most active members. !, r'lr.
