72-135 A R~oLVTIO~ r~0: ,72-13 , ti~~' WFiSREA.S, the owner of Lots 1 and 2, Block 17,' Atlantic Beach, has e~ressed his desire to the City Conaiussion, City, of Atlantic Beach, Florida, to erect a Duplex on the land contained in'the above mentioned lots, and WF~S, the ,ovaner has presented a petition to the City Con~nission signed by adjoining property owners stating that they have no objection to said building, and , wH~, the comer has requested the City Car4tni.ssion ,for a rezoning of this property from,RFSTD "A1° ~(RA) to RESIDE "B" (RB) to enable him to proceed with ''this building, ~ and ~ti~RLAS, the City Coaranissian of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, feel that it, is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Atlantic Beach that said lands be ' improved, and ' 4+h~IZE~AS, for the purpose of improvem~.nt of the ,,land contained within Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, Atlantic Beach, it is necessary ;to alter the desig- nation of these two lots on the Official Zoning 1~Sap Qf the City`of Atlantic Beach from t-~ao separate parcels of land intA onesingle~parcel, and .r 4~':iEFt~F:AS, the City Comma.ssion of the City of ;Atlantic Beach, Florida, is agreeable to this alteration providing, that said development and improvement of the land is carried out in a reasonable mariner;. and ' t4HE'r~F~5, the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, receives this authority to amend and alter such designations through Ordinance"6?-5£3-l, I~~, TiISP,EFORE, BE IT RESOLV}~ BY THE CITY COMC~SISSIOI~T OF THE CITY OF ATLANr!'IC BEACF-i, FLORI1:k~: 1. That the zoning of this piece of land be changed and amended from RF.,SIDE`tCE "A" (RA) to RESTDE,~TCE "B" ~ (RB) , to ~~ enable the owner of the land to proceed with the building of a Duplex. 3.
