WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has been negotiating
for the purchase of that certain Lot 305, Saltair Section I
owned by Susie Mae Knapp, aril
WHEREAS, said lands are desired and needed for public
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said lands has expressed a willingness
to convey in fee simple the lands to the City of Atlantic Beach
at a figure of $550.00.
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, A.S FOLLOti°IS:
That the City of Atlantic Beach purchases from the owner
(Susie Pdae I:napp) that certain tat described as Lot 305,
Saltair Section I, for the sum of $550.00, said lot to be used
far public purposes.
