SECTION 1. It is hereby ascertained,, determined and declared that

cause a rue copy of this Resolution to be pasted upon the premises
and a true copy delivered ar mailed to the owner and interested
partiese
SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
