No. 2, at a cost to the City of Atlantic Beach of ~4w0.00, and
V~RF.AS, by Ordinance., Chapter 13 of the Code of the City of
Atlantic Beach, said City imposed a lien upon said real estate in
the amount o~ the removal oust, ire. $30,00, and.
~~iEFZEAS, a dispute has. arisen between the ow.nexs of said. real
estate and the City of Atlantic .Beach. as to the prc~ppriety crf this
lien, anal
L~EIt€Z~S, the .owners of said. real estate, International House
P~Iovi.ng and Lti7recking Ccer~any .Inca, have offered to oc~zrpromise this
dispute by tendering the surf of $216.50 in full settlement of said
lien, and
