BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, That
The City Clerk-Treasurer be and is hereby .directed to
deposit all monies collected under: the provisions of
Chapter 69-111 Laws of Florida in th~~ First National
Beach Bank in an Account to 'ray=~ known as °'Police Court
Cost Fund", and that
Said monies be deposited in t'he General Fund at said
bank and transferred monthly to the "Polzce Court Cost
Fund " ,
AND BE XT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT,
Funds on said account be su;raj~~ct to withdrawal only
upon check signed on behalf of the City by the City
Treasurer or the Assistant City Treasurer and counter-
signed by either:the Mayor-Commissioner or the Mayor
Pro-T~m .
passed by the City Commission on January 12th, 1970.
