RESOLUTION. NO. 70-11
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, that.,
The City Clerk-Treasurer be and is hereby authorized
to refund $19.40 to the 5e3va Marina Realty Company
to cover discount on 1969 taxes on those remaining
lots that were paid from balance due as figured in
line-with Court Stipulation and our Resolution
No. 68-9.
