BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, That
We participate with the Cities of Jacksonville. Beach
and Neptune Beach in the cost of improvements, as
required by the State, for land preparation to the
landfill site on a per capita basis,
PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT,
If Waste Control of Florida is .allowed to participate
they are to pay 25/0 of the cost of land preparation
and the balance thereof to be shared by the Cities of
Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach
as set forth above.
