WHEREAS, it has been resolved that a need exists in the
City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, for a Housing Authority,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, in the view of this resolve,
that appointments of certain individuals be made to the
Housing Authority in the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CC)MMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, Aa FOLLOWS:
THAT the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, hereby approves the appointment of the
following individuals to the City of Atlantic Beach
Housing Authority, for the terms of office as shown;

THAT the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, approves the appointment of
as the First Chairman
of the City of Atlantic Beach Housing authority for one
year from this date.
