created a vacancy in that office, and
WHEREAS, Oliver Cm Ball has been serving. as Acting City
Attorney during Mre Thompson's illness,
NOW,, 'THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, that
Oliver Co Ball be and he is hereby appointed City Attorney
