WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, in adopting the. 1968 Budget, prswided
funds for the operation and maintenance of street
lights, and
WHEREAS, The Jacksonville Expressway .Authority will
install street lights an the Atlantic Soulevazd and
Mayport Road Overpass,
NOW THEREFORE 3BE IT RFSQIiVED THAT the City of At~.az~tic
eea~h will assume the cyst of operation a»:d ma,zntertance
of said street lights on the-South side of said Over
pass.
