NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7C RESOLVED BY THE CITY COI4IMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH: THAT the appointment of Oliver C. Ball as Acting City Attorney for the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida be confirmed and that he be paid 5100.00 per month for professional services rendered effective September 1, 1967.
