BE IT RESOLVED $Y THE CITY CO1~lIS5I01~3 OF THE CIr~ t]F ATLANTIC
BEACS, ,pUVAI,, COUNTY', k'LORIDA, That,
SeCt3,fln 1.. As required by Waterwork$.Bond Ordinance #172;
any and. all of thy; revenues derived from the operation of the
Water System of said City, and ail of the met proceeds of the
Utilities Service Tax and. the net proceeds of the Cigarette Tax
sha11 be deposited in the Atlantic National sank of Jacksonville,
Florida, in the accounts as provided in said Ordinance #172, and
that,
5ectl.on Z. A11 monies received from the Special, Sewez
Assessments revenue shall be deposited in the General Fund Account
at the First National Reach Bank and transferred monthly to the
Sewer Account at the Ocean State Bank®
Section 3o All other funds of the .City be deposited in the
First National Beach Bank of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and
that,
Section 4P All monies received from the Waterworks revenue,
utilities fax and cigarette tax shall. be deposited in the General
Fund Account at First National Beach Bank and transferred monthly
to the Atlantic National Bank accounts as provided in Ordinance
#1.72.
AND BE IT FURTI~iER RESpLVED THAT,
Section 5. Funds of the City shall be subject to withdrawal
only upon check signed on behalf of the Cit~r by the City Treasurer
or the Assistant City Treasurer and counters~.gned by either the
Mayor-Comunissioner or the I~ayox Pro-tem.
Section 6. Any and. all Resolutions in conflict herewith are
here3~y rescinded.
