BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIYlMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
George Ro Olsen, Mayor of Atlantic Beach, be and he
is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of
the City of Atlantic Beach, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of Florida, the indenture
dated September 8th, 1965, by and between Community
Presbyterian Church and the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, canceling and terminating a right-of-way for
road purposes ..granted under indenture dated February
6th,. 1959, recorded in Volume 712 at Page ll9 of the
public records of Duval County, Florida, in considera-
tion of the grant of a substitute right-of-way by
Community Presbyterian Church under indenture dated
September 8th, 19654
