BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CUMMISSION C:~' THE CITY 4T`
ATLANTIC BEACH, DtTVAL COUNTY, FLQR11lA, '1~'hat,
Section 1. As required by Waterworks Bond Ordi~
Hance #172, any axad ail of the revenues derived from the
operation of the Water System of said City, and all of
the net proceeds of the Utilities Service Tax and the
net proceeds of the Cigarette Tax shall be deposited in
the Atlantic National Bank of Jacksanville, Florida,
in the accounts a.s provided in said Ordinance #1.72, and
that,
Section 2. .All monies received from the Speeia.l
Sewer Assessments revenue .shall. be deposited in the
General. Fund Account at the First National Beach Bank
and transferred monthly to the Sewer Account at the
C)cean State Bank,
Section 3. .x.11 other funds of the City be de-
posited in the First National Beach Sank of Jacksonville
Beach, Florida, and that,
Section ~~. All monies received from the Water-
works revenue, utilities tax and cigarette tax shall be
deposited in the General. Fund Account at First National
Beach Bank and transferred monthly to the Atlantic
National Bank accounts as provided in Ordinance #I72.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT,
Section 5. Funds of the City shall be subject to
withdrawal only upon check signed on :behalf of the City
lay the City Treasurer, and countersigned by either the
~'tayor-Commsssioner or the Mayor Pro-tem.
