4~'HEREAS, the City Commission has accepted the R/W
of Sailfish Drive East extension subject to the
construction of necessary draanage talc and appur-
tenances as-well as curb and gutter anal asphalt
surfacing and,
WHEREAS, said improvements are now complete and
acceptable to the City of Atlantac Beach, and
W~TE:t2.EAS, the B. B. I~cCormic3c and Sons, Inca have
guaranteed workmanship and material of pavement,
in accordance with submitted specifications for
z~ period of one year,
NO~d THER,EFOt2E BE IT RESO:t:,VED THAT THE: CITY COI~iISSION
OF THE CITY'OF ATLAiVTIC BEACH does accept the amprave-
ments as being completed according to ciy~y specifications.
