NOW TEi~EREF()RE BE IT RESOLVF~ by the Gomm.issiora of the
public entity, City of Atlantic Beach that the office
of emergency planning be and hereby is r~r~uested to
arrange to have the appropriate federal agency perform
the following emergency work essential tc~ the health,.
safetys and welfare of the people and property of this
public entity.
For protective work and repa..iz of bulkheads
seawalls, ~.ccess xamgs and public boardwalks
in the City of Atlantic Beach from Atlantic
Boulevaxd to 1Gth Street4
This body certifies that to the best of its knowledge
and belief the requested work is elegible under F~ublic
Law X875, 81st Congress as amen.=.~ed and agrees to
{a) Fx.ov~;.de without czast to the B'ni~;.ed States
all lands,. easements and rights of ways
necessary for accomplishment of the approved
