WHEREAS, the City of Atlan tic Beach has been declared
by the President. of the United States to be a disaster
area, and thus elegible for. emergency ass~.stance by
the Federal Government, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an individual be authora~zed
to execute O. E. P. farm #152, Revised March 1963, titled
"Project Application for Supplemental Federal Financial
Assistance",
NOW THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED BY TTx~ CITS' COMMISSION OF
ATLANTIC BEACIT, that,
George R. Olsen, Mayor of Atlantic Beach, be and. he is
hereby authorized to execute for and In behalf of
Atlantic Beach. a public entity established under
the laws of the State of Florida , this application
and to file it in the appropriate State-.office for the
purpose of obtaining certain Federal financial assistance
under the Federal Disaster Act (]Public Law 875, 81st
Congress 42 t.7.S.C. 1855-18558}.
