WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of
Atlantic Beach, Florida, in adopting the 1902
Budget, provided funds for the installation of
certain Street Lights within the City, and
WHEREAS, the Jacksonville Electric Company did
not present a bill for payment for the construc-
tion of said Street Lights until January ~, 1963,
and
WHEREAS, year-end unexpended. fund balances are
transferred to the General Fund 1Unbudgeted Reserve
Account #5100,
NOFnT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Commis-
sion of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, does
hereby approve the transfer of 52,357.27 from
Fund #1050 to Fund #1011.
