WHEREAS, the passing of 1Mr. Feter S, Clarson, a long-time
resident of the City of Atlantic Beach, F~.orida, has taken
our good friend and honored citizen, and

feel that we have lost one who was for many, many years
interested in the City of Atlantic Beach anal was builder
of the present City Hall building,
