WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach has been faced>with numerous emergencies in
the past few months, and
WHEREAS, these emergencies have called for the
expenditure of unbudgeted funds,
Y30W THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA,
THAT the City Treasurer be directed to defer the
transfer of funds from the General Fund to the Sewer
and Water Funds. until l~ovember 1, 19fi.
