WHE7.2EAS, the Interstate Contracting Company, developer$ of
Royal Palms"Subdivision, have completed all of the sewer
lines, water 'lines, storm drainage lines, curbs and gutters,
and paving in Sailfish Drive East between Plaza and Seaspray
Avenue, Sabalo Drive and Redfin Drive between,Sailfish Drive
East and Royal Palms Drive, and Royal Palms Drive between
Plaza and Sabalo Drive all in Royal Palms Subdivision Unit
2 and,
WHEREAS, the facilities have been installed according to the
approved plans and specifications and have been inspected by
the City Forces and,
WHEREAS, the Interstate Contracting Company has posted a one
year maintenance bond ,in the amount of 53;600.00 to insure
their proper construction,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED $Y THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEA.CK,
FLORIDA, That,
The City of Atlantic Beach accept these sewer lines, water
lines, storm drainage lines, curbs and gutters, and paving '~
in Sailfish Drive East between Plaza and Seaspray Avenue,
Sabalo Arive and Redfin Drive between Sailfish ,Drive East
and Royal Palrns'Drive, and Royal Palms Dx'ive between Plaza
and Sabalo Drive all in Royal halms Subdivision Unit 2 for
maintenance and opezation.~
