WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety has appointed
Wilbur J. McClung as acting Chief of Police effective
May 18, 1961, subject to approval of the City Commis-
sion.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, that, the appointment of
Wilbur J. McClung, as Acting Chief of Police, is hereby
approved.
