BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida sloes hereby
accept the pzoposal of the Interstate Contracting
Company, a Florida coxporatian~, to'convey and trans-
fer to the City the sewage collection system con-
stxucted on Seaspray Avenue between Seminole Road
and Sailfish Drive East as particularly described
and iset forth in the instrument of conveyance attach-
ed to this Resolution and that the Mayor-Commissioner
and the City Clerk be and the same are hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to execute and deliverion behalf of the
City the said instrument of conveyance,
