BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY FLORIDA, THAT
The lots and plots listed below, all located within the
City of Atlantic Bach, Florida, do, because of excessive
growth of weeds, thickets, brush and/or accumulated trash,
constitute a health hazard to the citizens of the said
City:

move such weeds, thickets, brush and/or accumulated
trash and that the procedure and ,provisions of Ordin-
ance No. 55-59-4 be carried out.'
