RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, J.L,Russell, at the time of his death, had
served the City of Atlantic Beach faithfully and con-
scientiously as Town Marshall and Chief;of Police for
aver 25 years, and
WHEREAS, for most of this time said J.L.Russell worked
alone or with only part ,time assistance and was unable
to take the annual leave to which he was entitled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 3T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, That
The earned but unused annual leave accumulated ever
the past 25 years by said J.L.Russell amounts to 30
weeks, and
8E 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, That the compensation far
these 30 weeks, in the amount of S3;15fJ.00 be paid
to Mandell Russell, his widow.
