RESOLUTION NO. 61 - 29
WHEREAS, at the time of the passage of Resolutions
No. 60-25 and No. 61-10 the letting of the contract
cowering the paving of Ahern Street between East
Coast Drive and Sherry Drive was contemplated, and
WHEREAS. a delay was occasioned in the letting of
said contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC'BEACH, FLORIDA, That
The first installments of the assessments designated
on said Special Assessment Roll'shali be due and pay-
able 34 days from September 13th, 1961 ~.nd the second
installment one year 'from due date of the first in-
stallment, and that
In all other respects said Resolutions No. 60-25 and
No. 61-10 are hereby ratified and confirmed.
