BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSIt'~N OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, That,
Section 1. As required by Watervaorks Bond Ordinance #172,
any and all of the revenues derived from the operation Qf the
Water System of said City, and all of the net proceeds of the
Utilities Service Tax and .the net proceeds of the Cigarette
Tax shall be deposited in the Atlantic National Bank of Jack-
sonville, Florida in the accounts as provided in said Ordin-
ante #172, and that,
Section 2. Ali other funds Qf the City be deposited in
the First National Beach Bank of Jacksonville Beach., Florida,
and that,
Section 3. A11 monies received from the Waterworks re-
venue, utilities tax and cigarette tax sha11 be deposited in
the General Fund account at First National. Beach Bank and txans-
(erred monthly to the Atlantic National. Bank accounts as pro-
vided in Ordinance #172.
Aim BE IT FURTHER RESOL~TED THAT,
Section 4. Funds of the City sha11 be subject to with-
drawal only upon check signed on behalf of the City by the
City Treasurer and countersigned by either the Mayor-Commis-
sinner or the Mayor Protein.
