RESOLUTION NO, 60-11
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOE REINERTSON
OF JACKSONVILLE, INC. FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
EXTENSION MAYPORT;~ROAD SOUTH~OF~DONNERRROAD IN THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC;SEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Walter J. Parks, Engineer for said City, did
prepare plans and specifications for construction of Water Distri-
bution System Extension Mayport Road Sauth'of Donner Road in
said City and,
WHEREAS, The Clerk of said City did publish, in accordance
with law, notice calling for sealed ,bids for the construction of
said work, bids have been received byithe City Commission and
said Commission has found and determined that the bid of 52,175.00
submitted by Joe Reinertson of Jacksonville, Inc. is the best low
bid for the doing of said work.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gity Commission of
the City of Atlantic ,Beach, Florida, That,
The bid submitted by Joe Reinertson of Jacksonville, Inc. ~
for construction of the Water Distribution System Extension Mayport
Road South of Donner Road be and the same is hereby accepted, subject
to approval of Walter J. Parks, Engineer, and the proper officers
of this City be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the City a contract with Joe Reinertson of Jacksonville,
Inc.
